Reconnect the Sakata brand to it’s Japanese inspired heritage, creating a premium pack design to stand out from the crowd.
With increasing pressure from competitors entering the market, Sakata needed to reconnect with consumers and remind them why the brand is the best choice in the rice cracker category. In conjunction with PepsiCo we developed packaging for a new premium range of Asian inspired Sakata flavours, called Fusions. Each pack design re-inforces both quality and Asian flavours through use of intricate Japanese inspired patterns, locked behind the Sakata brand mark.
The use of delicate foil show through creates a beautiful packaging design that is engaging and disruptive on shelf.
