Bürgen was a pioneer in nutritious bakery. Over time, Bürgen lost its relevance as the number of products marketed to improve health has proliferated, not just in bakery but also in general grocery.

The pack design helped re-establish Bürgen as the bread that is top of mind as the ‘go-to’ for health.
